Position Description: Sous Chef
The Sous Chef is responsible for quality food and maintaining a sanitary environment at all times.
This is a high volume position that includes the following responsibilities:
Assisting chef director in leading the team
Cooking/Serving/Cleaning
Being a team player
Detail oriented and a desire to excel within the food service industry
Must be able to follow recipes and instruction
Must be able to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior cooking experience is required
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Prior experience a plus, but not required
