OVERVIEW

We are looking for Product Managers for upcoming digital product initiatives within a large organization.

In this role, you will own and improve digital products used by a broad customer base. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to understand user needs, prioritize opportunities, and deliver experiences that make everyday tasks simpler and more intuitive.

The product environment includes web and mobile experiences, shared digital services, automation, and emerging AI capabilities. You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be interested in how technologies such as intelligent assistants, conversational experiences, and workflow automation can be applied to solve real customer problems.

This is a hands-on product role for someone who is comfortable balancing discovery, planning, stakeholder collaboration, and execution.

• Full-time permanent role
• $80,000 - $100,000 (based on experience level)
• Target start date - October 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own a defined product area or set of digital capabilities from discovery through delivery and ongoing improvement.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on customer needs, business priorities, technical considerations, and available data.

• Work with users and stakeholders to identify pain points, understand workflows, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

• Translate product opportunities into clear requirements, user stories, success measures, and priorities for delivery teams.

• Partner closely with engineering and design throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Facilitate product discovery through interviews, research, data analysis, prototypes, testing, and experimentation.

• Prioritize features and improvements while balancing customer impact, business value, effort, risk, and technical dependencies.

• Track product performance and use qualitative and quantitative insights to recommend improvements.

• Coordinate work that may involve multiple teams, applications, integrations, or business functions.

• Support the development of mobile-first and responsive digital experiences.

• Explore practical uses of AI, intelligent automation, and conversational technology within existing products and workflows.

• Partner with technical teams to understand capabilities, constraints, dependencies, and implementation options.

• Ensure product decisions consider usability, accessibility, privacy, security, and responsible data use.

• Communicate product priorities, progress, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives, and other delivery activities as appropriate.

• Help establish consistent product practices around discovery, prioritization, documentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Approximately 5–7 years of product management, digital product, or closely related experience.

• Experience owning a product, feature set, platform capability, or meaningful portion of a product roadmap.

• Experience working directly with software engineering and UX/design teams.

• Strong understanding of product discovery and user-centered product development.

• Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.

• Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog.

• Comfortable working with product analytics, KPIs, customer feedback, and other data to inform decisions.

• Experience working in Agile or iterative software development environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate product decisions effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a larger product and technology organization.

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

You enjoy figuring out what problem should be solved before jumping to a solution.

You can talk with users, work through requirements with engineers, collaborate with designers, interpret product data, and explain priorities to stakeholders without losing sight of the customer.

You are comfortable working in an environment where every requirement may not be defined upfront. You know how to ask the right questions, make reasonable decisions with the information available, and adjust as you learn.

You’re also curious about emerging technology. Rather than using AI simply because it is new, you are interested in identifying where automation or intelligent experiences can genuinely make a product easier and more useful.
