KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops data reports and business processes that identify risk and opportunities for Applied spares business.Collaborates with business unit and supply chain to manage a roadmap of CIP parts that address Applied's customers Highest Value Problems related to the value and performance of spares.Identify gaps in spares portfolio, develop business case for new developmentECO (Engineering Change Order) approvalImplementation of PCN (Part Change Notification), with Global Product SupportProvides guidance/input to Engineering and the Business Unit about the field service impact of part/supplier changes.Facilitates Intercompany communication to align on product strategies, provide guidance on pricing, spare level contents, and restricted part orders.Implementation of cost reduction roadmapManages strategic vendor issues that involve customer interactions and multi-organizational alignmentQUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY FOR SUCCESSEducationBachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.Technical majors (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry) preferredIndustry Experience2-5+ years in Product Management, Product Line Management, Supply Chain, Semiconductor Equipment, Service Parts, or Operations.Experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment, aftermarket service, or spare parts for businesses.Background working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and customers.Business & Commercial SkillsBusiness case development and portfolio management.P&L awareness and financial analysis.Pricing strategy and product lifecycle management.Market and competitive analysis.Customer-focused decision makingTechnical & Operational SkillsAdvanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting toolsComfortable with applying AI toolsEngineering Change Order (ECO) review and approval experience.Part Change Notification (PCN) implementation.Familiar with Engineering Change Order and Customer change notification processesLeadership CompetenciesInfluence without direct authority.Proactive self-starter who thrives in a complex, rapidly changing environment and takes ownership of delivering business outcomes.Additional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 10% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
