Job Opportunity – Medical Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 32-bed Medical Telemetry unit serving adult and older adult populations with 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• Acute care environment treating trauma patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring
• Administer complex medication regimens including Heparin drips and other acute medications
• Work with specialty equipment including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system
• Opportunity to apply NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) principles in practice
• Contract assignment with immediate start date available

Requirements:

• Current Georgia RN license or compact state licensure
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Documented Medical Telemetry experience mandatory with completed skills checklist
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or prior NICHE training strongly preferred
• Badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
