Property Accountant (Commercial)

Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year Responsibilities Generate and distribute monthly rent invoices to tenants Record, apply, and deposit rent receipts and other cash payments Reconcile accounts receivable, collaborate with Property Management on delinquencies Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements Manage accounts payable – vendor payments, invoice approval/entry Assist in creating annual property budgets – enter fixed expenses Enter approved budgets, provide budget vs. actual variance reports Record key lease inputs in accounting system Support property manager with annual CAM reconciliations A bit about us We are a quickly growing commercial real estate investment and management firm located in Denver.
