Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Walk / stand long periods of time Weekly Pay - CLEET assistance is available Pay Rate: $19.63 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 AM - 05:00 PM Tue: 06:00 AM - 05:00 PM Fri: 06:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related screening, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, common areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas to help deter unauthorized access, support loss prevention efforts, and provide assistance with crowd and/or line management when needed. Communicate with store personnel, management, and/or local responders regarding security‑related matters, customer service needs, and incidents occurring at the location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
