Strategic Sourcing SpecialistThe Strategic Sourcing Specialist will drive supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and influence key business decisions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sourcing and category strategiesLead supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract activitiesBuild strong supplier partnerships focused on cost, quality, and serviceIdentify new sourcing opportunities and market trendsDrive cost savings and process improvement initiativesAnalyze spend data and supplier performance to support business decisionsQualifications3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or purchasingProven supplier negotiation and strategic sourcing experienceStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiencyKnowledge of supply chain, inventory, and distribution operationsSalary Range: $80,000-$95,000Benefits:Health, dental, and vision, life, short/long term disability insurance401(k) offeringPaid time off and holidays (80 hours PTO)Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
