Fii delivers intelligent manufacturing solutions for next-generation electronic products, powered by an Industrial Internet platform.Job Summary: The Cost Control Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cost control measures. We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support manufacturing operations through cost monitoring, operational finance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to improve cost visibility and support business performance. Key Responsibilities:Monitor operational costs and support monthly P&L analysis.Perform cost tracking and variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.Coordinate AP/AR related processes and support procurement workflows.Partner with factory operations teams to improve financial and operational efficiency.Support billing, inventory monitoring, and operational expense tracking.Assist with reporting and financial data analysis using SAP and Excel.Key Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.2–3 years of experience in cost analysis, supply chain, finance, or operations support.Strong Excel and communication skills required.Experience AP/AR process.Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Must speak Mandarin (proficient)Preferred Experience:Experience in manufacturing or factory environments preferred.Familiarity with P&L monitoring and variance analysis.Experience using the SAP EPR system.Experience with data analysis and automation tools such as Python, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.Foxconn Assembly, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
