Role: As we enter our next stage of growth, you6ll work alongside an ambitious team, take on meaningful responsibility, and have the opportunity to grow with the company. As an Underwriting Analyst, you6ll support the underwriting process by managing loan files while gaining hands-on experience with bridge, construction, and DSCR loans. You6ll play an active role in transactions from application through closing. Responsibilities Analyze borrower financials, collateral, and overall transaction risks to formulate thoughtful, data-driven credit recommendations Collaborate closely with our sales and business development teams to align underwriting with deal strategy and client goals. Communicate with borrowers, brokers, attorneys, and vendors to collect outstanding conditions. Prepare loan summaries and underwriting packages for internal review. Assist the Senior Underwriter with underwriting bridge, construction, and DSCR loan requests. What We6re Looking For 0-2 years of experience in commercial real estate, banking, underwriting, or financial analysis preferred Strong analytical and organizational skills.
