Base pay range $80.00/hr - $80.00/hr Location: Fully Remote in US Start Date: ASAP for initial 6 months Rate: 80 USD per hour About the Role We are supporting an SI to recruit multiple nCino Business Analysts to join a Commercial Lending Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis experience within the financial services industry, deep knowledge of commercial lending processes, and hands‑on expertise with the nCino Bank Operating System. This role will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of the nCino platform. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements for commercial lending processes (loan origination, underwriting, approval, booking, and servicing). Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned with nCino capabilities. Configure and validate nCino modules such as Loan Origination, Collateral Management, Covenant Tracking, Document Manager, and Workflow.
