Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in sorting and packaging plastic syringes as they come off the production line. This position involves repetitive tasks and requires standing for the entire shift. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean and regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort and package plastic syringes as they come off the production line.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.

• Adhere to FDA regulations and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including wearing appropriate attire such as hairnets and beard nets.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience in roles such as operator, general labor, assembly, or warehouse.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Compliance with cleanroom standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in machine operation and packaging.

• Familiarity with cleanroom procedures.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean, FDA-regulated facility that follows GMPs. The facility operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with shifts from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, including paid breaks and lunch. Employees rotate between a 36-hour week and a 48-hour week, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartland, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
