PRN Lab Technician

Overview PRN employees are called whenever there is a need for staff coverage. PRN Lab Techs have one scheduled day a week and are called as needed for staff coverage. PRNs have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts based on their needs. Responsibilities Perform blood draws and specimen collections. Calibrate and maintain laboratory machines and equipment. Conduct lab procedures according to established protocols. Work collaboratively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy experience is required. Willingness to receive training on laboratory procedures, equipment usage/maintenance, and software requirements.
