PRN Healthcare Tech for Urgent Care

Gila Health Resources is seeking a PRN Healthcare Tech for our Urgent Care department. The position will work directly with incoming patients to gather information for demographics, insurance, and medical history/symptoms, and collect co‑payments. This position will take vitals and perform tests such as ECG. Additionally, they will stock, clean, and prepare exam/patient rooms. EMT background is preferred. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, and patient skills, and the ability to work as a reliable member of a high‑performing healthcare team, follow detailed protocols, meet deadlines, and be punctual. Must be able to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patients. PRN employees are called whenever there is a need for staff coverage. PRNs have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts based on their needs. Excellent compensation, generous 401k plan, and sick time.
