Job Type: Full-Time

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for working in a team environment to provide support in assisting with recruitment, file maintenance and special projects. Will be responsible for conducting candidate interviews and assisting with other administrative tasks.

• Assist in the processes that track and report HR metrics, targets and goals
• Administer and maintain HR databases and provide HR statistical reports
• Assist with recruitment and tracking of candidates
• Assist with file maintenance of employee files
• Participate in special projects working with HR initiatives
• Work as part of the team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or (2) years of professional HR experience.
• You have the availability to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am – 4pm (average of 40 hours per week)
• You have strong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• You are able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as being a team player ready to support your colleagues.
• You are self-motivated and able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You have some experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Success Factors, Taleo or any other ATS. (preferred)
