Job Type: Full-Time
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for working in a team environment to provide support in assisting with recruitment, file maintenance and special projects. Will be responsible for conducting candidate interviews and assisting with other administrative tasks.
In your role, you will:- Assist in the processes that track and report HR metrics, targets and goals
- Administer and maintain HR databases and provide HR statistical reports
- Assist with recruitment and tracking of candidates
- Assist with file maintenance of employee files
- Participate in special projects working with HR initiatives
- Work as part of the team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or (2) years of professional HR experience.
- You have the availability to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am – 4pm (average of 40 hours per week)
- You have strong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- You are able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as being a team player ready to support your colleagues.
- You are self-motivated and able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
- You have strong attention to detail.
- You have some experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Success Factors, Taleo or any other ATS. (preferred)
