Desktop Support TechnicianWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping end-users achieve seamless technology experiences. This is a 100% onsite contractor role based in Tustin, California.Job Title: Desktop Support Technician (R2 Support)Type: Contract (100% Onsite)Location: Tustin, CaliforniaSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM or 9 AM – 6 PM (with flexibility)Pay Type: HourlyWork Hours: 40 hours/weekExemption Status: Non-ExemptTechnical SkillsMust Have:Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong workload prioritization skillsProficiency with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory (AD), and Google Workspace (GWS)Excellent end-user communication skillsNice to Have:Experience with Jamf (Mac management)SCCM Administration experienceKey Responsibilities:Deploy, update, optimize, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac workstations using ConfigMgr, Intune, Jamf, and other system management tools.
