Green Window Cleaning Services is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Commercial Project Coordinator to support our growing Commercial Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and takes pride in keeping projects, communication, and operations running smoothly.

The Commercial Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting commercial project success from planning through completion. This position helps coordinate project documentation, customer communication, scheduling support, compliance requirements, invoicing, and follow-up activities that keep jobs on track and teams aligned. The role also supports billing and accounts receivable processes, helps prepare projects for execution, and ensures critical administrative and operational details are handled accurately and efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy 
• Ability to manage confidential financial, customer, and operational information professionally 
• Strong customer service and internal communication skills 
• Ability to coordinate timelines, documentation, action items, and multiple workstreams effectively 
• Ability to support project management functions including tracking, communication, scheduling coordination, and follow-up 
• Ability to support accounts receivable and billing workflows with consistency and follow-through 
• Ability to identify issues, escalate appropriately, and help maintain project momentum 
• Ability to create, revise, and maintain SOPs and process documentation 
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn CRM, invoicing, scheduling, and office software systems 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset 
• Dependable attendance, professionalism, and accountability

Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
