Job Title: Accounting Assistant Job Location: In-office, Daytona Beach, FL Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Supports CFO with daily accounting tasks Accounts payable Disbursement of funds relating to settlement statements Preparing payments to vendors, as needed Other assignments and projects as assigned by Management Qualifications & Requirements: Florida Notary Commission Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, preferred 3+ years in related experience Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong customer service skills, including compassion and empathy Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and good judgment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and adhere to the Policies and Procedures set forth by the Firm Excellent working knowledge of accounting software utilized by the Firm Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google products, required Salary Range: Competitive #J-18808-Ljbffr Radical Law Firm
