What You’ll Do

• Lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects from start to finish
• Supervise technicians on job sites and ensure quality workmanship
• Inspect damage and develop scopes of work
• Monitor drying progress and document job conditions
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers
• Operate restoration equipment and perform hands-on mitigation work
• Maintain detailed job documentation, photos, and moisture readings
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Restoration industry experience preferred
• IICRC certifications are a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to problem-solve and manage job site responsibilities independently
• Experience with water mitigation, demolition, drying equipment, and mold remediation
• Construction knowledge is a plus

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift equipment and work in physically demanding environments
