Job DescriptionMinimum QualificationsEight or more years of experience in IT delivery, systems implementation, software engineering, enterprise technology, or technology architecture.Five or more years as a technical solution architect, enterprise architect, technical lead, engineering lead, or similar role on complex enterprise systems.Five or more years' experience working with cross-functional product teams applying an iterative, agile, people-centered product design and development approach.Experience translating business goals, user needs, and policy or operational requirements into practical architecture and technical guidance.Experience with cloud-based enterprise applications, modern integration approaches, APIs, data migration, security controls, accessibility considerations, and phased implementation.Experience reviewing vendor technical designs, development approaches, and implementation deliverables for feasibility, quality, security, maintainability, and alignment with business outcomes.Experience using or evaluating generative AI or AI-assisted tools to support requirements analysis, design review, documentation, development practices, testing, code review, data migration, or technical quality assurance.Strong written, verbal, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work across business and technical teams, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and build alignment in a complex project environment.Location: (Boston, MA) Disclaimer: Kyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
