About The Position The FFCC trucking team members may work in a variety of roles. The trucking team handles deliveries of FutureFuel biodiesel throughout the state and into Tennessee and other surrounding states. Up to two trips a day to Memphis or Little Rock are customary or daily support of FutureFuel fuel tanks in Arkansas. Several drivers also travel to Illinois each day to pick up coal. Most positions allow for day-only assignments allowing you to be home each night. Pay is by the load, mile, or hourly depending on the task. The trucking team may also work as an in-plant shift driver working a Day’s only 12-hour shift schedule to support Chemical Operations. Responsibilities include moving isotainers and trailers around the plant for loading/unloading, occasional deliveries to an off-site warehouse, managing in-plant dumpsters, assisting with biodiesel loading for customers, assisting with warehouse duties when needed (forklift, lull, etc.), being flexible to move from job to job as priorities change, assisting operations with tasks as needed, and other responsibilities as assigned. The rotating shift position is a 48/36 schedule requiring two weekends on per month and having two weekends off per month. The schedule includes seven days off in a row every four weeks.
