Requirements High school diploma required Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance environment Strong administrative, organizational, and computer skills Experience maintaining records, databases, and documentation Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Dependable with excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the workday Job Duties Coordinate maintenance work orders through the Fiix It work order system Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and facility assets Record meeting minutes and maintain departmental records Track contracts, leases, and service agreement expiration dates Maintain databases and complete data entry accurately Support campus emergency preparedness and safety initiatives Assist with janitorial and maintenance requests Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments Maintain organized documentation and departmental files Perform additional facilities and administrative duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
