Role Overview Watermark Baton Rouge, located beautiful downtown, is looking for a part-time Bell Person with open availability, who would report to the Front Office Manager. The Bell Person is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient luggage assistance to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. For this position, a high school diploma and VALID driver’s license is required and experience in a hotel or related field is preferred. Essential Functions Escorting hotel guests to rooms and assisting with luggage to and from guestrooms. Transporting hotel guests to the Baton Rouge Metropolitan airport and other venues in the immediate area. Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming when working. Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times. Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees. Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel. Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner. Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
