Practice Info

• Well-established, collaborative practice with a supportive team of gastroenterologists, advanced practice providers, and ancillary personnel
• Endoscopy center is adjacent to the hospital
• 9 physicians and 6 APPs (mix of NPs and PAs)
• GI lab that runs like a well-oiled machine
• Join a GI group with collegial culture

Responsibilities

• Perform consults
• Do procedures
• Provide follow-up care
• Occasionally see inpatients
• Take call at home, shared equally among the group
• Perform ERCP, EUS, small bowel capsule endoscopy

Compensation

• Competitive compensation
• The first two years provide a guaranteed salary which moves into an RVU structure after year 2
• Successful providers may earn more than $700K
• Earning potential up to $720K

Shift & Schedule

• Daytime schedule
• Traditional workweek schedule
• Call schedule is taken at home and is shared equally among the group
