About the Role As a Supply Chain Analyst Intern at Analog Devices, you will support global supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Working with cross-functional teams, you will help address challenges related to inventory management, demand and supply planning, logistics, capacity planning, and customer delivery management while gaining hands‑on experience in a global manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Support inventory management, demand planning, logistics, capacity planning, and customer delivery activities. Assist in identifying root causes of supply chain challenges and developing data‑driven recommendations. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision‑making. Monitor and track key supply chain performance metrics. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Translate business requirements into analytical insights and project deliverables. Must-Have Skills Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams. Supply Chain Fundamentals : Foundational knowledge of supply chain, operations, logistics, or manufacturing concepts. Data Visualization: Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms. Preferred Education and Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar analytical tools through coursework, projects, or internships. Familiarity with forecasting, inventory management, logistics, or operations concepts. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
