We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Criminal Defense Paralegal to handle cases from start to finish and manage case complexities efficiently, whether based in Wyoming or working remotely from the lower 48. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in managing criminal cases, including evidence review, motion drafting, and court preparation. Coordinate communication with clients, courts, counsel, and experts. Maintain an organized litigation calendar to ensure no deadlines are missed. Prepare for trials with strategic planning and organization. Manage case files and documentation accurately in our case management system. Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in criminal law. Ability to independently manage cases and work efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and trial preparation. Strong knowledge of the Wyoming Rules of Criminal Procedure or quick learner. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
