Industrial Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Summary:The QTI Group is seeking a Direct Hire Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift This role is responsible for safely maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, installing, and occasionally operating production and building machinery and equipment.


Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Pay: $24-40/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting on production and facility equipment.

Set up, install, and maintain machinery and assist with equipment changeovers.

Execute emergency repairs and maintain compliance with food safety standards.

Utilize CMMS to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities and inventory.

Communicate with leadership and OEMs to minimize downtime and resolve issues.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Relevant experience in a trade or manufacturing environment with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Proficiency with hand and power tools and strong mechanical aptitude.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying temperatures and noise levels.

Valid driver's license and basic PC skills.
