The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operations, from factory coordination to customer delivery and support. This role requires a strategic partner who can work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, customer support, logistics, and product teams to enhance efficiency and scalability. Key tasks include coordinating with overseas manufacturing partners, particularly in China, to ensure smooth operations in shipping, logistics, packaging, customs, and fulfillment. The Head of Ops will also be instrumental in analyzing operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to enhance cost, speed, customer experience, and scalability. Applicants for the Head of Ops position at the company should have a strong background in business operations, strategy, or related fields, with a preference for director-level experience. The role demands a candidate with a strong ownership mentality, capable of independently driving initiatives and solving problems.
