Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for growth, ensuring a tailored approach to their care. Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, guiding them through treatment strategies and coping mechanisms that foster resilience. Collaborate with healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate integrated care and support clients' overall wellness and recovery. Advocate for clients' rights while ensuring they have access to vital community resources and support services, empowering them to take charge of their health journey. Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records systems, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will primarily serve individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is essential for this role. A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services is required, enhancing your ability to meet complex client needs. Proficiency in performing diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans is a must. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
