It’s an execution role. The Principal TPM at Global-e is the connective tissue between engineering, product, and the business; someone who can operate at 30,000 feet and dive into the technical weeds in the same afternoon. You will own the delivery of our most complex cross-functional initiatives, cut through ambiguity, and make things happen. Global-e operates at the intersection of payments, logistics, tax, compliance, and localization across 200+ markets. Our engineering teams span the US, Dublin, and Israel, running a sophisticated distributed platform: Scala services, Kubernetes, high-throughput event streaming, multi-tenant architecture serving thousands of global brands.
