Job Description Set-up and perform emission testing on vehicles. Evaluate results Recommend corrective action Required Outstanding interpersonal and relationship leadership skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed Emerging partnership and teamwork skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment Preferred Associates degree 2+ years in Dynamometer Testing / Lab Operations Setup Experience with AVL, Horiba or Burke Porter Understanding of Global Manufacturing System principle Daily breakdown - all 3 shifts have a similar day, meet in the team room to start the day, they will go through a brief overview for the day any emails/communications they need to talk about, they are given a schedule/site to go to and that site has their assignment and the test they need to run, running tests on their own, escape to team lead if they need help with any troubleshooting 50% computer - 50% hands on Education Requirement High School Diploma. Nice to have - Associates degree Years of experience - entry level position. Nice to have 2 years' experience in Dynamometer Testing / Lab Operations Setup Nice to have Experience with AVL, Horiba or Burke Porter Understanding of Global Manufacturing System principle Quality / data validation experience - this attention to detail translates very Soft skills : self-motivated, attention to detail, takes initiative The personality that thrives in this work environment is one that stays busy during downtime (a lot of downtime built into the role), avoids frustrations with a fast-changing environment, and takes ownership of issues and wants to be a part of the solution when problems arise. Must have Lab testing Computer/IT skills Shift Details 1st - 6AM-4:30PM Start on 1st shift - 8 weeks to go through training Openings 2nd Shift 4x10 Schedule: Sun - Wed or Wed - Sat 3rd Shift 5x8 Schedule: Mon-Fri or Wed-Sun Use of AI Technology Unless expressly authorized in the interview/skill set validation instructions, candidates may not use AI tools or other third- party assistance during an interview or assessment to generate or provide substantive answers to interview questions.
