Role Description The Sales & Project Management Associate – 3D Printing is a full-time, on-site position based in Newark, NJ. This role involves managing incoming customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and guiding clients through the 3D printing service process from initial concept to delivery. The associate will coordinate project timelines, track order status, and liaise with our production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing clear communication regarding technical requirements and project updates. The role also includes documenting project details, updating our CRM and project tracking tools, and supporting continuous improvements in workflow efficiency and customer experience.

• Candidates should possess strong Project Coordination abilities, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and aligning stakeholders around project goals.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review requirements, interpret technical information, and propose effective 3D printing solutions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and building long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to qualify leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies, CAD files, or digital fabrication workflows is highly beneficial.
• Experience using CRM or project management software and proficiency with common office productivity tools is preferred.
• Relevant education or experience in business, design, engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
