Vice President Finance

A large-scale enterprise is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead a high-performing finance organization across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and strategic planning. This executive will play a critical role in managing financial performance through periods of rapid growth, integration, and organizational complexity. The role will partner closely with executive leadership and the board to drive financial strategy, operational discipline, and long-term value creation.

g• Drive financial strategy aligned with growth, integration, and performance objective
s• Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and performance management framework
s• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and business decision makin
g• Manage capital allocation, liquidity planning, and financial risk managemen
t• Present financial performance and strategic initiatives to board members and executive stakeholder
s• Build scalable financial systems and processes across a complex organizatio
n• Lead and develop a high-performing finance organizatio
n
Qualificatio
ns• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experien
ce• Proven experience managing through rapid growth, integration, and organizational complexi
ty• Strong background across FP&A, accounting, and treasury functio
ns• Experience presenting to boards and executive leadersh
ip• Strong strategic thinking and financial leadership capabiliti
es• CPA or MBA preferr
