Vice President, People & Culture About the Company A respected Florida-based hospitality organization with a diverse portfolio of service businesses. Industry Hospitality Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President, People & Culture to play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and development of its diverse portfolio of hospitality, restaurant, guest service, and commercial service businesses. This executive will be a key member of the leadership team, providing guidance on all aspects of talent, culture, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in multi-unit, field-based organizations. Responsibilities include leading HR functions across multiple divisions, driving employee relations, and leadership coaching, and developing succession and leadership programs. The role demands a builder, coach, and trusted advisor who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, and who is adept at improving systems, processes, and organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be a strategic, people-first leader, capable of partnering with ownership and executive leadership to shape the company's future. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, People & Culture include leading all HR functions, driving employee relations, and leadership coaching, and developing succession and leadership programs. The role requires a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices, as well as the ability to ensure compliance and guide culture-building initiatives. The ideal background includes experience in the hospitality, restaurant, franchise, or service industry, particularly within privately held or founder-led organizations. The company is looking for a candidate who is energized by growth, leadership development, and culture building, and who can help the organization evolve while preserving the values that have contributed to its success.
