Graphic DesignerWe're looking for talented professionals to join us in bringing smart money management and payment solutions to everyone's fingertips.This position is classified as structured hybrid, with an expectation of a minimum of three (3) days per week working in the office and flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days. On-site expectations may evolve over time to support business needs, with clear communication provided in advance.Location RequirementThis position is open only to candidates who can work in one of the following approved locations:Los Angeles, CA (West LA office) or San Francisco, CA (SoMa office)Job SummaryThe Graphic Designer will work with internal and external teams to help design and develop creative digital marketing materials.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigns the aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork, component design, marketing materials and packaging to enhance product image.Collaborates with project teams to plan, analyze, organize and execute assigned projects.Assess effectiveness of product imagery and presentation needs.Works with internal and external teams on design issues.Performs other duties as needed.Required QualificationsKnowledge of design and visual principlesWorking knowledge of multimedia software (ex. Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to work with detailed instruction on new assignmentsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing or related field2+ years of relevant Graphic Design experienceKnowledge of FinTech products and services**Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship** **Ability to meet the location requirement outlined above**Position TypeRegularPay RangeThe targeted full-time base salary for this position is $73,700 to $110,500 per year.
