Walking – Delivery personnel travel store delivery vehicle and to customer locations. Paperwork – Completed at office desk or table. Lifting – Bulk deliveries twice a week; unloaded by hand truck. Cases up to 50 lbs, dimensions up to 3′ × 1.5′, stacked up to 72 inches high. Carrying – Large cans (~3.5 lbs) moved to storage shelves; occasional pizza sauce (~30 lbs); trays of dough (≈12 lbs each) carried three at a time. Pushing – Move trays on dollies; 24‑30 inch stacks requiring up to 7.5 lbs force. Pulling – Possible; see pushing. Climbing – Occasionally navigate stairs or ladder for maintenance; up to five flights during delivery. Forward Bending – Required at assembly station and front counter; duration 30‑45 seconds per occurrence. Crouching/Squatting – Occasional for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas. Reaching – Continuous up, down, forward; above 72 inches for oven controls and price signs. Hand Tasks – Eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of forearms and wrists; manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, cardboard boxes; grasp cans, phone, cutter, peel, boxes. Machines/Tools – May use pencils, pens, computer, phone, calculator, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.
