Over 4,000 Full-Time Associates across the Supply Chain Facilities including large and small package distribution centers and manufacturing sites across the US The Picking Associate is responsible for receiving merchandise, creating OS&D paperwork, identifying inner packs not consistent with Distribution Lot (DL), and communication. The Picking Associate position is located in Litchfield Park, AZ. Responsibilities Pick, store, and direct customer orders daily to production standards Work within a team structure to accomplish team goals Maintain a clean, neat, safe, and organized work area Identify damaged merchandise and escalate to the Inventory Control (ICC) Analyst for processing Stock merchandise in the correct locations Be well versed in department procedures Identify Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and locations quickly Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully Onsite and in-office role Basic math (addition and subtraction) Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed Safety-focused mindset Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Preferred Qualities Working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) for picking Physical Requirements Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladder Able to lift up to 60 lbs Walking/standing up to 90% of the day Working at heights up to 35 ft Benefits Generous discount on Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand products 401(k) plan and other investment opportunities Paid vacations, Employee Assistance Programs, time off to volunteer, Matching Gifts, and Holidays (in some locations) Health, dental, and vision insurance, including same-sex domestic partner benefits Legal and Identity Protection Plans and Pet Insurance More information at MyWSIBenefits.com Equal Opportunity EOE Apply now.
