National Accounts Analytics Manager

We are seeking a National Accounts Analytics Manager to join our Global Insights and Analytics team where you will play a key role in supporting strategic, operational, and tactical initiatives that strengthen the National Accounts business. Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver analytics that support National Accounts strategy, operations, and decision‑making Develop reporting solutions for National Accounts targeting, contract management, and performance measurement Build and enhance dashboards that monitor business health, customer performance, and operational KPIs Create customer‑facing dashboards that clearly communicate KPIs, trends, and performance insights Lead reporting initiatives that reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and enhance the National Accounts customer experience Drive operational improvements across shipping, loyalty, marketing, and reporting workflows Ensure data accuracy through audits, validations, and quality assurance across reporting systems Develop customer‑specific trackers aligned with contract terms and reporting requirements Support data review, validation, and cleanup to improve data quality and reporting reliability Build forecasting and analytical tools to evaluate negotiation scenarios, contract quality, and future agreement terms Contribute to strategic initiatives and operational priorities that support National Account Office Location – Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of KPIs, forecasting, and business performance measurement Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Effective communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Highly detail‑oriented, with sound business judgment and intellectual curiosity Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions Innovative mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting National Accounts or Corporate Accounts teams Familiarity with SFDC, BI tools, Tableau, NetSuite, and data warehouse environments Compensation & Total Rewards This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $138,000 to $172,000 annually. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role‑relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
