Spa Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Ithaca, NY 14850

Pay: $16.00-$20.00/hour (Based on experience)

Job Description:

Our Finger Lakes spa is looking for a warm, professional, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team 2-3 days per week . If you're passionate about wellness, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Weekend and evening availability is required. A set schedule is available, with occasional additional shifts to cover staff time off or sick days.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in spa guests
• Answer phones and take reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby
• Provide concierge-level guest services
• Promote and sell retail products
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual - you're the first and last impression
• Team player with a positive attitude

Schedule:

• 6-8 hour shifts
• Required: Evening and weekend availability
• Optional: Additional weekday shifts as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting at $16.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience

Location Requirement:

• Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ithaca, NY 14850 before starting

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
