This role involves running print jobs, preparing materials, performing basic troubleshooting, and keeping the work area organized and safe. Printer operator will be handling roll feed and cutsheet printers. Able to unload rolls from pallets and stage for processing. Manual bursting and cutting down of documents.Location: Onsite full-time in Plano, TX. Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour- please note this rate may be below your state's minimum wage. Consider this when applying.Schedule: Mon – Fri 6am-2:30pm (Fri: 6am – until work is completed, potential to work late evening hours).Responsibilities:Prepare supplies and stage print workloads by priority at the start of each shiftSubmit and monitor print jobs on production printersLoad and unload rolls of paper onto carts and printersPerform cutdown and/or burst processing of completed print jobsClean printers and perform basic preventive maintenanceTroubleshoot minor printer or workflow issuesRestock supplies and managing recyclables in the production areaMaintain a clean and safe workspaceMeet production deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)Requirements:Must have Basic PC skills and knowledgeMust have a high school diploma or GEDMust be able to pass a criminal background check successfullyMust be able to pass a drug test successfullyAbility to read and write in EnglishStrong attention to detailBasic technical troubleshooting abilityAbility to lift 50 lbs.Must be able to work in a high-volume production and team environmentDue to varying state and local minimum wage laws, we are currently only able to hire candidates residing in states where our compensation structure complies with applicable wage regulations.
