Corporate Paralegal: Fowler White has an immediate opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal in its Miami office. Qualified candidates must have the ability to handle all aspects of the formation of business entities, both domestic and foreign, preparation of organizational documents (corporate and LLC), drafting of resolutions, maintenance of company books, compliance of due diligence, and filing of annual reports. Other transactional experience is desirable. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus. Litigation Paralegal: Fowler White has an immediate opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal in its Miami office. Qualified candidates must possess at least 5 years litigation experience, including actual experience in trial preparation and support, and must be able to travel within Florida for trial attendance as needed.
