Player Services Clerk - 33010Thackerville, OK | Part Time 38Posted yesterday | Apply before October 29, 2026DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Player Services Clerk to join our WinStar Player Services U13 team located at the WinStar World Casino and Resort working.Summary: Inputs customer guest information into Casino Management System, issues player cards, enrolls guest in promotions, issues complimentary gifts and provides quality customer service.Responsibilities:Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiencyCompletes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunitiesWorks in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all typesMaintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environmentMaintains and promotes professionalismPunctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metricsAdheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standardsMaintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned areaMaintains spreadsheets and databases and inputs data entryExplains various aspects of programs, promotions, benefits, rewards and or requirements to internal and external customers, citizens, etc.Determines complimentary worthiness of card play using established guidelines and guest point total listed in Casino Management SystemCreates Player's Club Cards entering customer data into computer system capturing information such as various customer demographics to track game play for gifts, promotional participation and increased membershipPerforms all other duties as assignedCompetencies:Able to follow instructions, both written and oralAble to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirementsHonesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountabilityAble to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelinesAble to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and managementSkills:Must be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of productsAccurately type 25 words per minuteExperience:No prior experience requiredEducation:High School, GED or EquivalentCredentials:Pass gaming background checkPass Title 31 testing relevant to positionWorking Conditions:May work where cigarette smoking occursBright and Flashing lightsCustomer serviceFast-paced environmentNoisyTeam-orientedPass pre-employment drug testUse computer up to 75% of shiftSometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbsSitting up to 50% of shiftStanding up to 100% of shiftWalking up to 100% of shiftMust be flexible with work scheduleMay work holidaysMay work weekend shiftTraining: It is the responsibility of each employee to attend required training for their position or profession as determined by their line of support (LOS) or the leadership of the Chickasaw Nation.
