As the Senior Product Manager on our growing team, you will be working cross functionally to design, build, and roll-out products and features that align with Drata’s strategy and vision. A top-notch senior product manager will have worked on numerous projects and have a firm grasp of how to satisfy consumers’ needs. Ideal candidates will be equally analytical and creative, and able to justify decisions to a range of stakeholders. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in changing environments and can build the roadmap to create innovative product offerings.What you’ll do:Manage a portfolio of products and/or capabilities and build resource investment allocation plans grounded in data and researchDefine roadmap and requirements to solve the biggest customer problems across one or multiple product linesDefine MVP experiences and quickly learn and iterate based on feedbackForm hypothesis and run experiments using lean methodologiesPartner closely with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products/features which are critical to growth and retentionPartner closely with cross-functional teams on release plans and documentation to deliver value to our customersCollaborate effectively with GTM partners to plan and launch products and capabilities, including alpha, beta and GA phasis with process success criteria for each phaseDefine success criteria and measure the success and effectiveness of features and capabilities from entitlement, to activation, adoption and retentionBuild business cases justifying investment in feature and capabilities and present to stakeholder across the orgProactively partner across teams to anticipate and address risk & dependenciesCommunicate progress and plan to leadership, peers, etcOwn the business outcomes including revenue of your productWhat you’ll bring:8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management roleDeep customer empathyPassion for identifying and solving problems with the ability to conduct effective customer interviewsCapable of breaking down a big vision into small deliverablesRuthless prioritization of the backlogSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to pursue opportunities beyond current constraintsExceptional collaboration skills working with PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer success teamsGrowth mindset with a desire for continuous improvementStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindsetExperience with 2-sided markets is a plusA GM-mindset and ability to ruthlessly prioritize against market opportunity and revenue implications and customer satisfactionHow we support you:At Drata, our people are our strongest advantage—and we prove it with support that exceeds industry standards. Actual base pay will vary based on multiple factors — market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and overall alignment to the role. Candidates shouldn't expect automatic placement at any particular point within the range. Offer amounts are determined by the qualifications each candidate brings to the position. Total compensation may also include equity designed to provide meaningful ownership in the company, as well as health and wellbeing benefits.
