UX Researcher II

Our client, an Industry Leader is looking to hire a UX Researcher II in San Bruno CA (Hybrid – Tues-Thurs onsite) Pay Rate Range: $85/hr to $95/hr, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end UX research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Design and execute studies such as user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and diary studies.
• Analyze research findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to influence product strategy and user experience decisions.
• Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and recommend the most appropriate methodologies for each research question.
• Communicate findings through clear, compelling presentations and reports that drive decision-making.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UX Research, Human Factors, Product Research, or a related applied research field. Experience conducting mixed-methods research, including:
• User Interviews
• Survey Design & Analysis
• Usability Testing
• Diary Studies
• Qualitative & Quantitative Data Analysis
• Strong ability to synthesize insights and tell a compelling story with research findings. Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams. Ability to independently manage research projects from planning through delivery. Nice to Have
• Experience supporting consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience working in a technology or product-driven environment.
• Familiarity with product development lifecycles and user-centered design processes.
