Aerotek is hiring experienced Finish Carpenters for long‑term commercial construction work. These projects offer full‑time hours and opportunities for overtime.

About the Job

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Install commercial doors, frames, and hardware
• Perform metal stud framing for office and interior build‑outs
• Hang drywall on walls and ceilings
• Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to paint‑ready quality
• Work independently and maintain high craftsmanship
• Coordinate with project teams and other trades when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Safely operate hand and power tools used in commercial carpentry

Requirements

• Proven carpentry experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Metal stud framing experience
• Door and hardware installation skills
• Drywall hanging and finishing experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Commitment to job‑site safety
• Must have own tools and tool belt

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
