We're looking for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join our growing team in Menomonee Falls. This isn't just another opening. What You'll Do:
- Set up, adjust, and operate CNC press brakes to form a variety of material thicknesses according to engineering drawings.
- Select, install, and secure forming dies.
- Program electronic back gauges to achieve required dimensions.
- Determine the proper sequence of bends for complex parts requiring multiple operations.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment.
- Complete routine daily machine maintenance and keep your work area organized and safe.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of brake press setup and operation experience.
- Experience in metal fabrication manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.
