Brake Press OperatorWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in New Berlin, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating CNC and/or manual press brake equipment to fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications.Responsibilities:Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal parts.Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other precision tools.Perform machine adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy.Monitor production runs and identify defects or deviations from specifications.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Perform routine equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues.Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.Qualifications:Previous press brake operation experience preferred.Ability to read blueprints and understand manufacturing specifications.Experience using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Benefits:Competitive pay: $21-$22 per hourHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holiday pay401(k) with company matchOpportunities for overtime and advancementStable first-shift scheduleSchedule:1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (hours may vary based on production needs)
