Our confidential client is seeking a skilled Welder for their 1st shift operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MIG/TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel, ensuring high-quality, durable welds. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute precise MIG/TIG welding processes on aluminum and stainless steel components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment for optimal performance.
Ensure all welds meet high-quality and safety standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in aluminum and stainless steel MIG/TIG welding.
Ability to accurately read technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Dedication to upholding a safe work environment.
