Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Director of Distribution Operations to lead from the warehouse floor, coaching 500+ staff and delivering same‑day shipping for customers. You will oversee inbound, outbound and supporting functions, build high‑performing teams and ensure accuracy, productivity and safety. The role requires 10+ years in high‑volume distribution with KPI and WMS experience, plus a Bachelor’s degree.
