Resolve escalated customerconcernsandguide the team in effective paymentcollectionstrategies. Partnerwith management toidentifyprocess improvementsandrecommendsolutionsthatenhanceoperationalefficiency. Coordinate cross-functional resources to supportcollectioninitiatives, including leading Customer Serviceteam members when needed. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.Bachelor’sdegreein finance,accountingor a related field preferred. 2+ years ofcollectionsor customer serviceexperience. Leadership experience a plus. Strong communicationand customer serviceskillswith excellent attention to detail. Ability to work from our Waukegan office at least 50% of the time.
