Project Scheduler

Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and maintain electrical construction schedules.Assist with bid and project schedule development and implementation.Monitor project progress, milestones, relationships, and constraints.Identify potential delays and schedule impacts proactively.Review and qualify General Contractor (GC) schedule submissions.Create and modify Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).Review schedule content and prepare comparison schedule reports.Prepare site-specific and corporate schedule reports.Support resource loading initiatives.Ensure compliance with project-specific scheduling requirements.Communicate project status and schedule impacts to Site Project Management and Corporate Management.Coordinate with project partners to support timely completion of project scope.Required Experience3–5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler.Combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.High school diploma required; college degree preferred.Technical SkillsWorking knowledge of Primavera P6 / Primavera Project Planner.Experience with Microsoft Project.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Experience with electrical construction scheduling is relevant.Key CompetenciesSchedule analysis and problem-solving.Ability to identify delays, impacts, constraints, and schedule risks.Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.Strong written and verbal communication.Ability to work under time pressure.Self-motivated and proactive.Effective team collaboration.Professional communication with management, employees, vendors, clients, and other project stakeholders.Machines & technologies you'll use:Primavera P6 #J-18808-Ljbffr 100Hires, Inc.
